22-year-old, Jolly Tumuhiirwe, the Ugandan maid who was secretly filmed torturing an 18-month-old baby has been sentenced to 4 years in prison for assault on a child. She was sentenced at a Kampala high court yesterday after pleading guilty to the crime of assault last week.
