Rukky Sanda was recently spotted at a pre-wedding dinner of a friend and what most people could notice is her 3 toned hand.I used to think she was naturally light in complexion but this picture got me confused or perhaps she is reacting to a bad cream..Is Rukky Sanda bleaching?
