A woman was on Thursday delivered of male triplets at Father Joseph School, Aguleri, Anambra State, where several hundreds of people displaced by floods in Anambra-East and Anambra-West local government areas of Anambra State and Ibaji Local Government Area of Kogi State are camped.
The Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial Zone, Margery Okadigbo, who confirmed the delivery of the triplets to our correspondents on Thursday, said the woman, whose identity was not given had gone into labour shortly after arriving the camp.
Okadigbo said medical personnel at the camp successfully delivered her of the babies. She said the triplets and their mother are doing fine.
